By item name:
Always type * before and after the search word(s). It is better to enter just
the beginning of a search word because some words are abbreviated in the descriptions.
Wild-card search:
The symbol * allows you to enter a part of a number. You can insert * to precede
and follow digits eg (*156*) to view a list of all items beginning, ending or
containing those numbers in their sequence.
By item number:
If you know the item number, type the full number without spaces and
hit enter. Your item should appear in the right frame.
Single-word search: Type *amox* to see all entries for amoxicillin - and hit enter. You will see search results to the right.
Multiple-word search: Type the description/words with * before and after -
* polio vaccine*- to see a list of all items with those exact words in the description.
If you do not obtain the required result in your first search, try using a synonym or the full description of the product. For example: Oral Rehydration Salt / ORS / ReSoMal.
